Refunds
If you pay for a CampusMeet plan and change your mind, ask within 14 days of payment and we refund the full amount, including GST. After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, but your plan keeps running until the end of the year you paid for. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Email hello@campusmeet.co.in from a school administrator's address within 14 days of the payment date, with "Refund" in the subject and your invoice number. You don't need to give a reason. We refund the full amount you paid, including GST, to the original payment method through Razorpay.
We start the refund within 2 working days of your request. Razorpay and your bank usually return the money within 5 to 7 working days after that. We email you when the refund is processed, with a GST credit note you can download in CampusMeet under Settings → Billing.
After a full refund your school goes back to the free Pilot plan. Events, bookings, summaries and history stay in your account; you just can't create new events beyond the Pilot until you choose a plan again.
Plans are paid yearly and don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you don't renew, the plan simply ends on its end date. We remind your administrators 30 days and 7 days before it ends. After the 14-day refund window, we don't refund unused months.
CampusMeet is an online service, so there is nothing to ship. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and your GST tax invoice appears in CampusMeet and is emailed to your administrators. If your plan hasn't started within an hour of paying, email us and we'll sort it out the same working day.
If money leaves your account but the payment fails, Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you are charged twice for the same plan, tell us and we refund the duplicate in full, whenever you notice.
