For parents and guardians
Book all your children's meetings in one go, know exactly where to go on the day, and see what you and each teacher agreed afterwards. It works in your phone's browser; there's nothing to download.
Sign inIt names your children and has a link to join. Set a password, or skip it and sign in each time with a 6-digit code we email you.
Tell us when you can arrive on each day. CampusMeet books every teacher for every child, without clashes and with time to walk between rooms, even if your children are in different grades or on different days.
On your meetings on Home, pick topics such as homework, behaviour or wellbeing for each meeting, and add a note if you like.
You'll get a confirmation, then reminders the day before and an hour before. Both parents get them. Tap "Add to calendar" to put every meeting in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar; it updates itself if a time changes.
Open CampusMeet to see where to go next, which room, and whether the teacher is running late. Check in at the gate with your QR code or tap "I'm here".
Teachers can share a short summary and what you agreed. You'll find it under Earlier meetings on Home, where you can tick actions off.
Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, ask your school office to check your email address, or use "Trouble signing in?" on the sign-in page to request a fresh link.
Yes. If the school added both of you, you each get an invitation. If not, open Family in CampusMeet and invite them; you'll both see the same meetings.
Book your other meetings, then choose "Join the waitlist" for that teacher. When a time opens, we email the next family in line; book it within two hours, before it's offered to the next family.
Yes. Open the meeting on Home, choose "Tell the teacher what you'd like to talk about, or what would help", and tick an interpreter (with your language), step-free access or a longer meeting. The school sees it and will do its best to arrange it.
Open your meetings on Home and choose "Move to another time" to swap it in one step, or cancel it. After the booking deadline, contact the school office and they can change it for you.
