About
CampusMeet is event software for schools and educational institutes in India, starting with parent–teacher meetings (PTMs) and admissions interviews. Families book every child's meetings in one go from any phone, teachers get a brief for each family, and the school office runs a calm, on-time meeting day. It works in any phone browser, so families don't need to install anything.
Parent–teacher meetings matter, but organising them usually means paper slips, phone calls and clashing times for families with more than one child. CampusMeet turns that into one booking per family, a calm meeting day and a written record of what was agreed.
Schools import the spreadsheet they already keep, set the days and rooms, and invite every family. Families book every teacher for every child in one go, with walking time between rooms. On the day, teachers call families in from their phone and the office sees every room. Afterwards, teachers share a short summary and the actions both sides agreed.
School leaders and office staff who run parent–teacher meetings, the teachers who hold them, and the parents and guardians who attend.
Today CampusMeet runs parent–teacher meetings and admissions interviews. Support for other events at schools, colleges and coaching institutes, such as open days and workshops, is planned and not yet available.
Each school's data is kept separate. Parents see only their own children, teachers see their own meetings, and teachers' private notes are visible only to the teacher who wrote them. We don't publish student or family information.
